What is the difference between Commonwealth Home Support Program and Home Care Packages
The Commonwealth Home Support Program is designed for people who mostly manage on their own but might need some short term help or basic ongoing assistance with one or two services.
Home Care Packages provide a greater level of support and allow you to create a tailored support package with the one provider.
We provide Care Relationship and Carer Support help
- Flexible respite in-home day and overnight
- Cottage short stays of up to 4 nights
- Community access – support one on one for the individual to remain involved in their community
BBCR also offers a monthly carer social group, which is facilitated by our professionally trained staff.
