Ross Clifton
Dr Ross Clifton joined the Committee in 2002.
He has a diverse background in community services organisations at direct care, management and consultancy levels which has included being an Aged Care Assessor and a member of the Panel of Administrators and Advisors following the Aged Care Act 1997.
Ross's qualifications include teaching, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Arts (Educational Administration) and he has recently completed a PHD in Change Management. This experience has enabled him to bring numerous skills to enhance the organisation in its quality assurance, strategic planning, strategic planning, strategic human resources management, business planning, change management and intrastructure development.
Ross is also a Justice of the Peace.
Ross has been involved with BBCRI since 2000, which has included research, consultancy support, and holding the positions of Treasurer and Vice-President on the Management Committee in the past.
Ross's background has included management positions in education, disability services, and aged care.
