Mobile Respite Services Seaside Tours

Southern Seaside Tours provides a service that is aimed at older people who are socially isolated and living in the Southern Shoalhaven area.

Clients are collected from their home commencing at approximately 11.30am and taken on a scenic tour of our local area followed by a luncheon before returning home around 3.30pm.

This service is offered weekly on a Monday. The cost for transport is approximately $3.00 and the cost for lunch will vary depending on the destination.

Seaside Tours offers respite for carers of people with dementia who may become restless during the afternoon. Hours of operation are 1-5pm.

Clients are collected in a bus and have a tour of the local area followed by afternoon tea before returning home.

This service is provided in the Central Shoalhaven area. A small contribution per day is required.
