Centre Based Adult Day Centre gives older adults and people with dementia an opportunity to enjoy a day out and participate in a social group.

Groups operation days include:

• Tuesdays and Thursdays: dementia specific groups;
  
• Wednesdays: two social support groups;
• Fridays: social support for frail aged.

Groups are held at the St. Georges Basin Community Health Centre HACC Facility. Transport is provided to and from the groups.

Morning tea, lunch and transport are provided for a small contribution fee per day.

The service is offered in the central Shoalhaven area.
